How NextLevel Solutions came to be
It Started with a Problem
In 2010, founder Alex Thompson noticed a pattern. Small businesses in Virginia Beach had big dreams but struggled to access the same resources and expertise available to larger corporations. Too often, local businesses were stuck with one-size-fits-all solutions that didn’t fit their unique needs or budgets.
What started as consulting for a handful of friends has grown into a full-service firm serving over 200 businesses across Hampton Roads. We’re still that same team that cares deeply about helping our neighbors succeed – just with more tools, experience, and success stories to share.
