Director of Operations
Jennifer ensures every client experience exceeds expectations. She’s passionate about building systems that work and maintaining the personal touch that makes NextLevel different. When she’s not optimizing processes, you’ll find her at the farmers market or planning the next team event.
Marcus Williams
Lead Strategist
Marcus brings 12 years of marketing and strategy experience to every client engagement. He loves creating innovative solutions that actually fit the client’s reality. He’s a husband to Rachel, dad to two energetic boys and an avid runner who’s always training for the next race.
